Leptotyphloiulus Verhoeff, 1899: 195 . Type species: Typhloiulus coeruleoalbus Verhoeff, 1899, by monotypy. Comment. Leptotyphloiulus was originally designed as a subgenus of Typhloiulus . Strasser (1962) elevated its rank to a full genus, which seems fully justified.
