Leucophenga fuscipedes sp. nov.

(Figs. 2 L, 5C, 5D, 9B, 9C, 20)

Diagnosis. This species is mostly similar to L. nigroscutellata in having the wing fuscous along R1 and costa (Fig. 2 D, L), the shape of paramere (Figs. 13, 20 C), and the aedeagus ventrolaterally with a thin process bearing a sensillum at tip (Figs. 13, 20 D), but can be distinguished from the latter by the color patterns of abdominal tergites in both male (Fig. 9 B) and female (Fig. 9 C), and the aedeagus acute apically (Fig. 20 D).

Description. Ocellar triangle dark brown, with ca. 0–2 seta(e) above ocellar setae. Frons brownish yellow to brownish, with an indistinct, brownish, longitudinal stripe medially. Pedicel brownish yellow to brownish; first flagellomere yellow. Clypeus brown. Palpus brownish yellow to brownish. Mesonotum brownish, mostly with three broad, dark brown, longitudinal stripes medially and laterally in male (Fig. 5 C), brownish yellow, brownish before scutellum in female. Abdominal tergites brown, 2nd to 4th tergites each with a pair of yellow patches submedially in male (Fig. 9 B), entirely brown in female (Fig. 9 C). Male terminalia: Epandrium with ca. 3 setae near posterior margin per side (Fig. 20 A). Surstylus rounded apically (Fig. 20 A). Hypandrium with 1 sensillum (Fig. 20 B). Paramere with ca. 6 sensilla distally (Fig. 20 C).
