Gryllotalpella macilenta (Saussure, 1874)

Comments. According to Hollier et. al. (2013), no existing specimens of this species are held in the Muséum d’histoire naturelle de Genève, therefore the whereabouts of the type is unknown. Unfortunately no Surinam specimens were available and no neotype could be designated. For these reasons the species was not included in the key, but its relatedness with the macropterous species of the genus is evident.
