Diagnosis.
Males winged and females wingless; antennal lobe developed (Fig. 3) in both sexes; eye setose (Figs 2, 10, 18) in both sexes; in female mid and hind tibia each with 1 spur, and hind tibial spur with a row of comb-like spines; in male mid and hind tibia each with 2 spurs, and one of the two spurs with a row of comb-like spines; fore-wing with 2 submarginal cells enclosed by tubular veins (Figs 1, 9, 17).
