Polylobus patagonicus (Scheerpeltz, 1972)

Hoplandria patagonica Scheerpeltz, 1972: 238 [Type locality: “Rio Negro, El Bolsón, Mt. Piltriquitron, 700m ” (Scheerpeltz 1972)]. Species name transferred to Polylobus by Pace (1987b: 169). The specific name is treated as adjective and was changed to the masculine spelling to agree with the gender of the generic name. Distribution: Argentina (Pace 1987b; Newton & Thayer 2005), Chile (Pace 1987a).
