Subgenus Rhyssoplax Thiele, 1893

TYPE SPECIES. — Chiton affinis Issel, 1869, by subsequent designation (Thiele 1909). Members of the subgenus are distributed in the Indo-Pacific (except of the East Pacific) and East Atlantic, Oligocene-Recent.
