Diagnosis. Wingspan ♂ 30 mm. C. gelida differs from congeners by having the forewing of male with basal dark marks; olive yellow median area; longitudinal dark band under white costa; in male genitalia, valvae knife-shaped, tapered apex, with sclerotized harpe in center of each valva; saccular process slender, with short apical spine; aedeagus short, stout, and vesica without signum.

Distribution. Cambodia (Samkos), Nepal, Thailand, Vietnam, China.
Remarks. Only one male had been collected up to now. This species is newly recorded from Cambodia.
