Redescription. Female. (Fig. 17) Body length 200 µm. Body brown except eye reddish brown and legs pale brown.
Head 1.3× as wide as high. Antenna (Figs 18a, b) with scape 5.6× as long as wide and 2.5× as long as pedicel; pedicel 1.8× as long as wide; funicle 6-segmented with all segments longer than wide, Fl 1 the shortest, Fl 2 1.1× as long as Fl 1, Fl 3 and Fl 4 equal in length, Fl 6 the longest, and Fl 5 0.9× as long as Fl 6, all segments without mps; clava 3.2× as long as wide, as long as combined length of preceding four funicle segments, and with 3 mps.
Mesosoma (Fig. 20) as long as metasoma and 1.1× as long as wide; scutellum subequal to frenum. Fore wing 9.4× as long as wide (Fig. 19); longest marginal seta 3× as long as maximum wing width; disc with 2 setae medially and 3 near apex. Hind wing 22.5× as long as wide; longest marginal seta 6× as long as maximum wing width; disc with one longitudinal row of microtrichia.
Metasoma (Fig. 20) about 1.2× as long as wide; ovipositor not exserted, 1.3× as long as mesotibia.

MALE. Unknown.
Material examined. One female on slide labelled, “ India: Meghalaya, Umiam 25°41’04.83”N; 91°54’45.67”E, 08.viii.2016, yellow pan trap, forest, coll. S. Palanivel.
Distribution. India: Meghalaya (new record); Korea (Triapitsyn and Berezovskiy, 2003).
