(Okinawa Pref.): 2 females (NSMTAr 21916), Shirase River (26°20'39.5"N, 126°45'56.6"E), Kumejima Town, Shimajiri District, 2-XII-2021, Y. Suzuki leg. 1 female 1 male (NSMT-Ar 21917), Uegusuku (26°23'22.9"N, 126°46'01.4"E), Kumejima Town, Shimajiri District, 3-XII-2021, Y. Suzuki leg. Iriomote Is. Distribution. Tropical Asia. Introduced to North, Central, South America, Britain, Switzerland, Gaboon, Seychelles, Madagascar, Hawaii. Also see Fig. 11 and Table 2 for details of distribution in the Nansei Islands.
Habitat. This species was collected from disturbed habitat such as coastal forests beside airports.
