Material examined: Nepal: 1 ♀, Bagmati, Rasuwa district, Langtang, Syabru, 2200–2600 m, 25.V.1999, leg. Pejcha (NMP) ; 1♀, Kathmandu, Shivapuri Lekh, slope west of Bagmati River, 2000–2300 m, 22.–23.V.2005, leg. Schmidt (NME) .

Comment: The known distribution of Z. perforatus is confined to North India (from Uttar Pradesh to Sikkim) and Nepal (HLAVÁČ et al. 2011).
