Life cycle: HI1 Heleobia parchappii, encysted metacercaria with attached tail free swimming in water.

Localities: Artificial small stream connected with Chascomús Lagoon (Chascomús), Buenos Aires Province.

Site of infection: Pyloric caeca, intestine.
