Carnarvoncochlea carnarvonensis (Ponder & Clark, 1990)

Remarks. The type specimens of this species were collected in small side creek flowing into the main Canarvon Gorge on the western side of the Great Divide in mid-western Queensland west of Bundaberg (Fig. 1). Additional records are from some additional small creeks and in seepages in Moss Garden (25° 03' 00" S, 148° 12' 00" E) in a small side gorge off Hell Hole Gorge, a western side arm of the main Carnarvon Gorge, and in a few other and in a few other springs and seepages in that gorge.
