Distribution

Cambodia, Vietnam and Lao PDR.

Status unknown given the paucity of recorded specimens (Francis, 2008) and as such listed as Data Deficient by The IUCN Red List of Threatened Species (Bates and Francis, 2008 c).

Distribution in Lao PDR (Fig. 74): Louangphabang Province: Nam Khan (EBD collection).

Taxonomic note

Includes Murina tiensa which Francis and Eger (2012) proposed represents the same species.
