Agrilus vogti sp. nov.

Eyes: Size: larger than half width but smaller than width of vertex (dorsal view); Shape: markedly protruding head outline; Lower margin: in line or below antennal socket; Median orbit: subparallel. Antennae: Serration: from antennomere 4. Pronotum. Shape: visually transverse; Sides: slightly arcuate; Maximal width: at posterior margin; Anterior margin: narrower than posterior. Anterior lobe: Development: obvious; Shape: arcuate; Width: broad; Position: projecting beyond anterior angles. Posterior angles: Shape: rectangular; Apex: sharp. Variability. Size: 3.3–3.8 mm. Sexual dimorphism. The male has golden–green frons, cluster of setae on apex of metatibiae and comb of erect setae on ventral side of metatarsomere 1 and at anterior margin of each ventrite.

Diagnosis. By habitus, Agrilus vogti sp. nov. is very similar to A. korbicola sp. nov. (Fig. 2C), but it differs mainly by very distinct shape of aedeagus (Fig. 5Q).

Distribution. Myanmar (Mandalay); Thailand (Ubon Ratchathani).

Host plant. The species was reared from Eugenia sp. from the family Myrtaceae .

Etymology. Patronymic; the species was named in honor of collector of the holotype.
