Present status. Acleris coniferarum (Filipjev, 1962) .

Comments. Genitalia of both sexes were illustrated in the original description. The genitalia of the male holotype were divided into parts, and in Microlepidoptera Palaearctica (Razowski 1984), the drawing of the tuba analis was placed separately from other genitalia structures. This is likely the reason why, in a subsequent work (Razowski 2008), this structure was omitted from the corresponding plate. However, the tuba analis, with its strong, pointed thorn, is a diagnostic feature and should be illustrated.

Taxonomic notes. Since its description, the validity of this name has not been questioned.
