Localities. Loc. 1, 13, 22, 27, 32, 33.
Known distribution. Europe, Siberia, Japan, N America, Brazil (see Luther 1960 and references therein), Argentina (Noreña-Janssen 1995).
Material. Several individuals studied alive.
Description and remarks. Identification is confirmed based on habitus of live specimens and general morphology, both corresponding to the description and illustration, given by Luther (1960). C. lemnae was very often found in large quantities. Luther (1960) mentioned that Karling once found C. lemnae in Sweden, but unfortunately this was never properly documented.
