Polistes (Polistes) marginalis (Fabricius, 1775)

Distribution in the Arabian Peninsula: Saudi Arabia, Yemen (Richards 1985b; Carpenter 1996; Wahis 2000; Madl 2018).

Extralimital distribution: Widely distributed in Africa from Cape of Good Hope, and Zanzibar to Ethiopia and Senegal.
