Lectotype (Sokoloff in Taxon 48: 57. 1999): Herb. Burser XIX: 147 (UPS) .

Current name: Anthyllis montana L. subsp. montana ( Fabaceae: Faboideae).

Note: Benedí (in Anales Jard. Bot. Madrid 56: 285. 1998) designated 897.4 (LINN) as lectotype but this was a 1757 addition to the herbarium from Gabriel (see p. 204) and therefore not original material for the name.
