Current name: Brya ebenus (L.) DC. ( Fabaceae: Faboideae).

Note: Wijnands (Bot. Commelins: 186. 1983) stated that the type "probably is LINN 893.44" but his uncertainty means this statement cannot be accepted as a formal typification.
