Current name: Ammannia baccifera L. ( Lythraceae).

Note: Chamberlain (in Davis, Fl. Turkey 4: 180. 1972) indicated 156.3 (LINN) as the type but this collection lacks the relevant Species Plantarum number (i.e. “3”) and was a post-1753 addition to the herbarium, and is not original material for the name.
