13. Antepipona kashmirensis Giordani Soika, 1977
Antepipona kashmirensis Giordani Soika 1977: 168, figs 28–29, 31, Ƌ, ♀, “ Kashmir: «Kashmir» 5–6000 ft.” (holotype, Ƌ, BMNH); Gusenleitner 2007: 971 (Pakistan; India).
Diagnosis. Ƌ. Clypeus widely and deeply emarginated; anterior face of pronotum punctured with median V–shaped impression less marked; pronotal carina distinct; tegulae elongated, with posterior lobe long, narrow; superior carina of posterior face of propodeum arched, short, well developed, protruding; S2 sharply lowered to base, then sub flat in longitudinal direction.
Colour. Black. Yellow markings: mandible; clypeus; large stain on bottom of front, which extends to interantennal space; scape, except black line dorsally; strip along inner orbits of lower lobes of eyes up to ocular sinus occupying entirely; stain on temples; an almost regular wide band on anterior margin of pronotum; large stain on mesepisternum; broad band on scutellum; two specks on metanotum; tegulae, sometimes in part ferruginous; parategula; large spots on dorsal side of propodeum; anterior face of all coxae; much of fore and mid femurs; apex of hind femora; all tibiae and tarsi; an apical band, slightly enlarged at middle and on sides, on T1; basal spots and large regular apical band on T2; large basal stain and medially strongly enlarged apical band, on S2; narrow apical bands on T3 and S3; broad apical band on T4–T6 and specks on lateral margin of S4 and S5. Ventral side of apical antennal article ferruginous; last tergites and sternites usually brown or brownish–ferruginous. Wings sub hyaline, lightly browned along coast.
♀. Clypeus black, with basal band and stain pre apical yellow. Rest as that of Ƌ.
Size (H+M+T1+T2). ♀, 7–7.5 mm; Ƌ, 6.6 mm.
Distribution. India: Jammu & Kashmir; Pakistan.
