Diagnosis. Thorax: basal third of corium convex, surpassing the imaginary line tangencial to humeral angles (Fig. 3A 2), shared with N. soror; ostiolar ruga long, anterior margin curved, apex pointed (Fig. 3 D). Abdomen: urosternites with black maculae, diameter shorter than spiracles, as in N. capicola; median tubercle of third urosternite well developed attaining mesocoxae (Fig. 3A 1), character exclusive of this species, but also present in some species of Chinavia . Male: ventral rim of pygophore with brims developed towards middle, continuous at mid line (Fig. 8H), shared with N. naspira and N. mendax; paramere trilobate, lobes well developed. Female: posterior margins of gonocoxites 8 straight; longitudinal sutures of gonocoxites 8 absent (Fig. 16 H), condition exclusive to this species; basal half of laterotergites 9 laterally concave and medially convex; ductus receptaculi, after vesicular area, longer than three times the length of pars intermedialis (Fig. 18 C), shared with N. capicola and N. soror .
