1 Distal process c of part C of colpocoxite very long and slender, (maximum length from the tip of c to the elbow of C more than 7 times the width), uniformly decreasing in width towards the tip as seen in lateral view. Bundle of bristles (‘lanières’) f large and conspicuous, resembling a fan, reaching the tip of c, and more than 4 times as wide as the width of c at half its length. Syntelopodite similar in size to colpocoxite. Adult body length> 15 mm ............................................ 2

- Distal process c of part C of colpocoxite not so long and slender (maximum length from the tip of c to the elbow of C less than 7 times the width), but rather robust, as seen in lateral view. Bundle of bristles f narrow and dense, reaching the tip of c or not. Syntelopodite inferior in size to colpocoxite, embraced by it. Adult body length <15 mm ........................... 3

2 Elbow of part C of colpocoxite without a conspicuous protrusion, distal part of colpocoxite process c uniformly curved with no conspicuous angle. Lateral parts of syntelopodite t not curved (Fig. 4 E)................................................................................... Lateral parts of syntelopodite t long, reaching (or almost) the posterior part of the elbow of C, with a soft curvature in an angle slightly superior to 90 degrees as seen in lateral view (Fig. 4 A,B)...................................................................................... - Part C not reaching basis of colpocoxite, but resting on part K, which is placed not only anteriorly but also lateromedially. Lateral parts of syntelopodite t short, almost but not reaching half the distance from the base of colpocoxite to the elbow, and with a curvature of almost 180 degrees as seen in lateral view (Fig. 4 C).........................................................................................................
