Bionomic Notes. In Canada, most previously reported specimens of this adventive species were captured in pitfall and Luminoc pitfall traps in or adjacent to agricultural fields (Klimaszewski et al. 2007a). However, this species is not restricted to agricultural habitats in Canada. In New Brunswick, this species was captured in marsh litter in a cattail and sedge marsh, in leaf litter along the margin of a vernal pond in a mixed forest, in drift material along a lake shore, and from among decaying corncobs and cornhusks in a forested residential area adjacent to a mixed forest. collected in April, May, August, and September. Th is species probably overwinters in the adult stage. Collection method: sifting.

Distribution in Canada and Alaska. AB, QC, NB, ON, PE, NS (Klimaszewski et al. 2007a; Gouix and Klimaszewski 2007; Majka and Klimaszewski 2008b).
