Harnischia ohmuraensis Kobayashi et Suzuki has a characteristic, thick anal point (Fig. 32), a character shared with H. sibabecea . The original description of H. ohmuraensis was published in June 1999, while H. sibabecea was described in December of the same year; therefore the latter will be a junior synonym of the former.
