Spathocera dalmanii (Schilling, 1829)

Coreus dalmanii Schilling, 1829: 41 (as new species); Spathocera lobata Mulsant & Rey, 1870: 101; non Herrich-Schaeffer, 1840; Spathocera dahlmannii auct. non Schilling, 1829.

Distribution in Iran. Khorasan (Modarres Awal 1996a, 1997b, 2008).

General distribution. Northern and Central Europe (rare in Mediterranean subregion and only in mountains), Azerbaijan, Turkey (Asian part); not in North Africa except Madeira.

Comments. On Rumex sp. ( Polygonaceae) (Modarres Awal 1996a, 1997b). Also out of Iran was recorded on Asteraceae, Campanulaceae, Ericaceae, Fabaceae, Pinaceae (Moulet 1995) .
