Notes: Voucher specimens of Diphyllobothrium spp. from A. australis partially described by Hernández-Orts et al. (2013b) were re-examined by two co-authors (J.S.H.-O. and R.K.) who identified them as belonging to a single species of Diphyllobothrium (most probably D. pacificum).
