Remarks. Earlier known only from the type material from New Guinea and belongs to the group of species as defined under M. acris . Within this group, M. bicuspis is especially close to M. hamulata, but differs in the structure of parastylar lobe and other characters described by Hippa (2007: 31, fig 17).
