New record. Colombia, Valle del Cauca, Vijes, 22.iii. 2017, 03°42′18″N, 076°25′48″W, collected by hand, L.M. Martinez, D.N. Duque, E. Aguirre, 1 specimen (MUSENUV: 28970 / GenBank accession number: MF 807204) .

Identification. 0.75–0.95 mm. Head and thorax black, abdomen black with only the first terguite dark yellow. Legs yellow, with dark coxae and hind tibia. Costal cell of forewings with only 1 row of hairs. Antennae dark yellow, with first and second funicular segments sub- quadrate, third funicular segment slightly longer than wide and club 1-segmented. Mouth parts black.
