Diagnosis. One pair reclinate supra-antennal bristles present. Anepisternum bare, undivided. Mid tibia with near basal pair of isolated bristles. Hind tibia with 2–3 longitudinal hair palisades. Posterior face of hind femur with some differentiated bristles and hairs. Wing vein R2+3 present. Small hairs limited to basal quarter of Rs. Costal cilia normally pubescent. Axillary ridge with more than one bristle. Base of cerci separated from epandrium.

Distribution. Cosmopolitan.
