Diagnosis. Pterostigma brown with pale spot at base; wing membrane hyaline; metacarp distinctly longer than length of pterostigma, almost reaching apex of radial cell; hind leg mostly black; ovipositor sheath about length of hind basitarsus; antennal segments 14–17 cubic to transverse; T1 evenly arched, turned over part finely rugulosepunctate; mesonotum closely and rather strongly punctate, interspaces shorter than diameter of punctures; hypopygium produced into a spinule; vein r somewhat longer than vein 2-SR and forming an angle at their junction; and upper half of propodeum subpunctate-rugulose, postero-lateral field polished, above orifice with two short, hardly visible costulae including a slightly impressed dimple.

Distribution. China (Zhejiang) new record; Armenia, Czechoslovakia, Georgia, Hungary, Moldova, Russia, Slovakia, Turkey, Ukraine.
Note. Features of these specimens mostly agree with the descriptions of Papp (1972), Kotenko (1992) and Tobias (1986) except T1 much longer.
