Diagnosis. Pterostigma evenly brown throughout; wings usually milky-white; metacarp about twice as long as its distance from apex of the marginal cell; 1 st discal cell slightly wider than high; antenna not longer than mesosoma plus metasoma, with 15–17 segments distinctly longer than wide; ovipositor sheath usually as long as hind tibia; legs very dark, hind femur always blackish throughout; spines on outer side of hind tibia rather weak and not numerous; T1 distinctly a little widened towards apex; and horizontal surface of T1 about twice as wide as long, dull, with satiny sheen overlying traces of punctuation.

Host. Phalonia epilinana Linne ( Lepidoptera: Tortricidae) (new record); Plutellidae, Tortricidae, Oecophoridae, Choreutidae, Crambidae, Elachistidae, Gelechiidae, Pyralidae, Momphidae .

Viaration. Some specimens with yellowish-brown metasoma.

Male. Wings more conspicuously milky-white than in female.
