Diagnosis. Pterostigma light yellow; wing membrane hyaline; metacarp shorter than length of pterostigma, its distance from apex of the marginal only weakly shorter than its own length; head and thorax nearly of same breadth, head transverse, somewhat more than twice wider than long, behind eyes constricted; temple (in lateral view) shorter than width of eye; body shiny to polished; mesonotum with very fine punctuation, shiny; scutellum polished; propodeum without short wrinkles near apical depression; T2 usually less transverse; hind femur grayish brown with yellow apex; and ovipositor sheath slightly shorter than hind tibia.

Note. Features of these specimens mostly agree with the descriptions of Telenga (1955), Papp (1978) and Tobias (1986) except pterostigma paler and legs darker.
