Current name: Vulpia membranacea (L.) Dumort. ( Poaceae).

Note: Lambinon (in Taxon 30: 364. 1981) proposed the name for rejection but the proposal failed to gain the necessary majority and was not recommended by the Committee for Spermatophyta (in Taxon 35: 562. 1986).
