Lectotype (Hampshire in Jarvis & al., Regnum Veg. 127: 43. 1993): [icon] "Planta " in Plukenet, Phytographia: t. 257, f. 5. 1694.

Current name: Sibthorpia peregrina L. ( Scrophulariaceae).

Note: Hedberg (in Bot. Not. 108: 175. 1955) indicated 475.1 (LINN) as lectotype, but it is annotated only with “Giseke” and associated in the herbarium with the illegitimate Disandra prostrata L. (1774) . It is not original material for S. peregrina .
