Paratype. Canary Islands. Tenerife, Cabezo del Tejo: 1♀ 21.II.1985 P. Oromí leg. (03933) (Reg. nº 2708, Fl. 111) (1033) (DZUL 25967) .

Current status: valid species.

Additional notes: the paratype was misidentified by Wunderlich (1992); it belongs to the species D. insulana (see Arnedo et al. 1997).
