Cothurnia ceramicola Kahl, 1933
Report as epibiont on bryozoans: Cothurnia ceramicola was found in the Kiel Bay of the North Sea by Precht (1935) on bryozoans Crisia eburnea (Linnaeus, 1758) and Cribrilina punctata (Hassall, 1841) .This species was also reported as epibiont on bryozoan Triticella sp attached to crab from Mandovi-Zuari River mouth, Goa, West coast of India, Arabian Sea (Chatterjee et al. 2020c).
Report as epibiont on other hosts: The species was described as an epibiont of the alga Ceramium sp. from Kiel bay of the North Sea (Kahl 1933, 1935). It was found in the Kiel Bay of the North Sea by Precht (1935) at the polychaete Spirorbis spirorbis (Linnaeus, 1758), and the hydrozoan Gonothyraea loveni (Allman, 1859) . Felinska (1965) reported it attached to algae collected near Plymouth, United Kingdom.
