Remarks. In this study, we dealt with the collected samples from Japan (Honshu, Shikoku) which reflected the synonym list concerning the previous name C. novitia (distribution: Hokkaido, Honshu, Shikoku, Kyushu). Therefore, this synonym list does not include other subspecies.

Description. Internal sac everted widely and dorsally in lateral view. VA largest in bladders, followed in order by BLR, DA, DLL, B. VB not exist.
DLL roundly swollen, vested numerously with spines, which are weakly chitinous. DA well swollen dorsally. VA roundly swollen ventro-apically. BLR roundly swollen left ventrally, vested numerously with short spines. B roundly well swollen, everted right laterally, numerously with short and weakly spines. Flagellum relatively short, curved and formed S-shaped. Medial tooth short, tapered, straight extending apically.
