Remarks.-

This rare and beautiful black cricket was encountered only once on the forest floor of the dipterocarp forest. A.V. Gorochov assisted with the identification of this species and this could represent an undescribed species (see Gorochov 1994). However, more material would be necessary before species description can be done.
