Pyrausta punctimarginalis Hampson, 1896: 438 . TL: Sikkim, Celebes.

Host plants. Fabaceae ( Pueraria lobata (Willd.) Ohwi, P. montana (Lour.) Merr., Glycine soja Siebold et Zucc.) (Heo, 2012; Yamanaka & Sasaki, 2013).

Distribution. Korea, China, Taiwan, Japan, India, Malaysia, Indonesia (Inoue, 1982; Sohn, 2007; Bae et al., 2008; Byun et al., 2009; Yamanaka & Sasaki, 2013).

Remarks. This species was first recorded in Korea by Sohn (2007).
