Diagnosis. The male genitalia of the new species are similar to those of T. pandareos Malicky 2006 found in Laos and T. pallas Malicky & Chantaramongkol 2006 (in Malicky 2006) found in Thailand, but can be distinguished from them by the characters of segment IX in ventral view which are asymmetrical in the new species. The inferior appendages of T. pandareos and T. pallas are symmetrical and divided into dorsal and ventral branches, but not divided and asymmetrical in the new species.
