Barták; 4♂, 3♀, Chirchik, along river, 41°32'N, 69°38'E, 19.v.1989, M. Barták (CULSP).

Remarks. Platypalpus longiseta is widely distributed in Europe and is also known from the Transcaucasia and the Near East. The species is recorded from Middle Asia (Uzbekistan) for the first time.
