Proarna dactyliophora Berg, 1879 .

The UMSP has specimens from Falcón, Río Ricoa near Dos Bocas, 11o 17.321N 69o 26.067’W, 157 m, 8–VI–2001. The FSCA has specimens from Guarico, 44 km S. Calabozo, Hato Masaguaral, 8o 34’N 67o 35’W, 17-III–1987 and 9–11–XI–1986; State of Lara, Spring 1967.

The species has been reported from Argentina, Bolivia and South America (Metcalf 1963a).
