Diagnosis of male. Hypopygium basally without sharp differences between sclerotized and unsclerotized parts (Figs 24, 25); volsella apically with dense strong setae (Fig. 26); fore wing as in Fig. 69; scape length 0.84 × flagellomere 1 length; femora with long erect setae; metasoma black.
Diagnosis of female. Protarsomere 1 with four spines of tarsal comb; fore wing as in Fig. 68; metanotum median length 3.6 × metapostnotum median length.
Material examined. No specimens examined.
Distribution. Tajikistan (Radoszkowski 1877), Uzbekistan (Zonstein 2002a).
Remarks. The replacement name turcorum has been overlooked by Zonstein and we resurrect it.
