Diagnosis of female. Protarsomere 1 with four spines of tarsal comb; metanotum median length 1.9–2.0 × metapostnotum median length; 2r-m vein of fore wing almost straight (Figs 42, 66), hind wing as in Fig. 43; metasoma black (Fig. 3). MALE. Unknown.

Distribution. Tajikistan (Haupt 1930).
Remarks. Zonstein (1989) recorded the males and females of A. binaeva from Kyrgyzstan, but later (Zonstein 2002a, b) determined these males to be Pamirospila pamira (Haupt) and females to be A. sogdianoides (Wolf) . The male of A. binaeva is still unknown.
