Crocidium lactipenne Hesse, 1963 (Figs 8­9)

Male genitalia: gonocoxa elongated; distiphallus short, not surpassing apex of posterior process of gonocoxa; lateral aedeagal apodeme surpassing gonocoxal margins; gonostylus hook shaped, very narrow apically (Fig. 8).

Spermathecae: spermathecae globose with longitudinal axis equivalent to ½ of sperm pump length; spermathecal ducts 5 times longer than sperm pump, uniting to form a short common spermathecal duct; sperm pump placed at nearly basal 1/3 of the spermathecal duct; sclerotized collars developed on both ends of sperm pumps. (Fig. 9).

Material examined: Paratypes. South Africa. Western Cape: Bredasdorp, Pearly Beach, 1 male (dissected) and 2 females (one dissected), Dec. 1958. (collector unknown). Deposited in the South African Museum, Cape Town, South Africa.
