Length. Male: 2.8–3.2mm; female: 3.2mm.

Dark brown (Plate I: D). Head broader than pronotum. Vertex black with yellowish posterior margin, a pair of yellowish spots at anterior margin. Ocelli at anterior margin next to eyes. Pronotum and scutellum with shiny black appearance. Eyes grey to silvery. Forewing macropterous with brown veins. Frontoclypeus mostly black, anteclypeus black with lateral yellow spots (Plate I: F).

Genitalia. Pygofer with darkly sclerotized part on posteroventral margin less than its half, with sparse spinules, dorsoapical margin with macrosetae (Figure 2: A). Pair of spinular bunches present near the anal tube base. Connective Y-shaped with arms close together distally (Figure 2: C). Subgenital plate with 5–6 macrosetae, longer than pygofer (Figure 2: B). Style with well developed claw-like apophysis, inner process longer than outer process, wide apart (Figure 2: D). Aedeagus slightly expanded at apex (Figure 2: E–F).
