Gulf of Oman. First record for the Gulf of Oman.
General distribution and habitat. Indo-Pacific; attached to subtidal ropes, sea snakes and buoys (Chan et al. 2009).
Descriptive features and remarks. Capitulum brown with five reduced valves, scutum trilobed. Largest specimen with capitular width 3.5 mm, capitular length 5.0 mm.
The specimens were collected from a sea snake at Chabahar (25° 04'N, 61° 24'E) (Fig. 1).
