Specimens from New Brunswick were collected from gravel on gravel bars along cold, shaded brooks in a northern hardwood forest and an eastern white cedar ( Thuja occidentalis L.) and balsam fir ( Abies balsamea (L.) Mill.) forest. Adults were collected during June and August.
