Host-plants. Rhamnus cathartica L. in the Crimea; in other regions also other species of Rhamnus .
Type of distribution (chorological group). Sub-Mediterranean; the species widespread in Europe (except northern and southern regions).
Material examined. CRIMEA: 5♂, 1♀, 20 km SW Feodosiya, Karadag Reserve, larva on Rhamnus cathartica L., fieldwork card no. 5038, 14.vii.2011, leg. A. Diškus & A. Remarks. The species is not rare in the Crimea: limited in distribution but abundant.
